Set dates and assign a Tournament Director.
Add teams & coach contacts
Enter schools, coaches and AD emails — or import from Excel.
Send PINs to coaches
Send each coach a personal PIN that they'll use to login, copying the Tournament Director.
Tournament Director
Keep the seeding process moving
Monitor records & ballots
Track which teams have entered notes and submitted their votes.
Send reminders & resend PINs
Follow up with coaches and ADs; resend a PIN when needed.
Approve & send final seedings
Review the results, share the seeding PDF and close the tournament.

Enter records. Rank the field.
Sign in with your personal PIN
Use your email and the PIN sent by your Admin or Director.
Enter records & season notes
Add overall and division records by Wednesday midnight.
Rank teams & submit your ballot
Review team notes and vote by Saturday midnight; receive final seedings.
